Care for the Caregivers
(CFTC) Relief Grant
Dementia touches every corner of the Earth without discrimination.
Wives, husbands, sons, daughters, grandchildren etc. become caregivers overnight; without hesitation and full of love. They stay by the side of their loved one as they watch their life partner slowly slip away.
But there is an UNMET NEED. Being a live-in caregiver creates emotional, physical and financial stress. It is our goal to point the way and offer a helping hand to these families during what is likely the most difficult time in their life.

WHAT
The Care for the Caregivers (CFTC) Relief Grant includes
- A one-time financial relief (up to $1000)
- Personalized resource roadmap
To apply - A care professional involved in the care of your loved one or a caregiver support group leader than can be validated can nominate you. A form will be on this website when nominations are open.
Not Eligible but feel lost/overwhelmed as a caregiver?

GRANT CYCLE IS CLOSED
The CFTC Relief Grants is funding based. We will be re-opening the program in the summer of 2025. If are a caregiver interested in being notified when we re-open the program, please contact us with the below form.
If you would like to support us supporting others, please consider contributing to our program with a donation. Every dollar makes a difference.
Grant Eligibility & Process
Live-In and unpaid care-partner or caregiver to a family member or close friend with dementia.
Have a financial need directly related to your caregiving role.
Open to share your experience as a caregiver to your LOWD to help others.
